Refusionspolitik
We at Aakjaer. have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt.
If your return is requested within 14 days of receiving your item, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the above conditions are met. After 14 days, and up to 30 days from receiving your item, returns are only eligible for an exchange to a new item or a gift card.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
